Prolific beggar banned from Birmingham City Centre

A prolific beggar, who repeatedly caused a nuisance by pestering people for cash, has been banned from Birmingham city centre. Police have been granted a second Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) against repeat offender, Lee Pearce for begging and pestering people for cash. Pearce is now forbidden from entering the city centre for two years. Officers pursued court action after 36-year-old Pearce breached a previous CBO following concerns from shoppers and businesses.
