Leading building consultants Anstey Horne has relocated their offices within Birmingham’s prestigious Colmore Business District.

After two years of remarkable growth, the team is moving from Edmund Gardens on Edmund Street to Newater House, 11 Newhall Street.

This strategic move underscores Anstey Horne’s commitment to providing a premium work environment for its expanding team and an enhanced experience for clients. The decision to stay within the Colmore District was intentional, reflecting the area’s exceptional transport links, vibrant professional community, and rich offering of hospitality and leisure activities.

The District not only supports the consultancy’s day-to-day operations but also fosters team spirit and aids in attracting top talent to its growing workforce.

“We are thrilled to be moving to Newater House, a space that perfectly aligns with our vision for the future,” said Steve Kelly, Senior Director at Anstey Horne. “The relocation affirms our position as a leading consultancy in the built environment and demonstrates our dedication to continued growth and innovation.”

The new office, custom-designed to support Anstey Horne’s expertise in Building Surveying, Project & Cost Management, Rights of Light, Party Wall, Fire Engineering, and Building Safety, will soon feature a rooftop terrace. This unique space is set to host key contacts and celebrate the company’s achievements in the summer months.

Anstey Horne’s Birmingham team, currently 15 strong and growing, is looking forward to leveraging the opportunities that this move offers. “This is our second move in the city, and it demonstrates our long-term commitment to Birmingham. The space has been designed with our future in mind, ensuring we can continue to provide exceptional service to our clients while supporting our team’s needs,” Steve added.

This move marks an exciting chapter for Anstey Horne, reinforcing its position as a leader in the built environment consultancy sector and cementing its presence in Birmingham’s thriving Colmore Business District.

Rupert Young from Nurton Developments, also based in Colmore Business District said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Anstey Horne as the first office occupier to the newly refurbished Newater House. It has been an evolving process from the initial fully fitted design to incorporating their specific requirements, making it the perfect fit for them.  It is a great final result!”

Newater House, now fully refurbished, offers opportunities for other occupiers, with spaces ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet and a variety of fit-out options. Prospective tenants are encouraged to contact rjy@nurton.ltd for more information about available space and to learn more about the building’s amenities, including the upcoming roof terrace due for completion this summer.
