Business Matters – Focus Group Lunch

As we are now entering our ballot renewal year, we are starting discussions about our next five year BID term which is due to start in April 2019.

Before we go to renewal ballot in autumn 2018, we will put together a Business Plan, detailing the projects and services that will be delivered from April 2019 to March 2024. The Business Plan is a document that is put together after consulting with levy payers and staff members in the District. This document, once complete, will be used by levy payers in the District to make an informed decision as to whether or not they would like us to continue delivering projects and services for another five years.

We would like you to be part of the process of developing our Business Plan and would therefore like to invite you to a focus group discussion lunch on Tuesday 24th January from 1-2pm  at Colmore BID office, Waterloo House, 20 Waterloo Street, B2 5TB. Lunch will be provided.

The discussion will be facilitated by Chris Hurst from Clockwork City and attended by Michele Wilby who is the Executive Director at Colmore BID. We will briefly tell you about what we have previously achieved and projects we have delivered over the last five years, and share our thoughts for BID term 3, to encourage your ideas.

To attend please email Claire J. Smith by Friday 19th January
