Mortgage lenders have announced a three-month payment holiday for those struggling to keep up with their mortgage payments. You should discuss this with your lender in advance as it may result in an increase in your future monthly payments. Lenders have also announced that they wont apply to court to repossess homeowners for three months from 19 March 2020.
