Competition Terms and Conditions: Instagram Giveaway

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Colmore BID, the participating venue, Colmore BID Board Member’s and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

2. Entry Period: The competition runs for the duration stated in the Instagram post. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered. 

3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the required actions listed in the Instagram post, which may include liking the post, tagging a friend, following specified accounts, saving the post, or sharing it to their story. Specific entry requirements will be detailed in each competition post. 

4. Prize: The winner will receive the prize stated in the Instagram post. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives. 

5. Voucher Validity: If the prize includes a voucher, it will be subject to a time limit set by the participating venue. The expiry date and any specific terms will be communicated to the winner upon receipt of the prize.  

6. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and announced via Colmore BID’s Instagram story and/or direct message. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If unclaimed, a new winner may be selected.  

7. Data Protection: By entering, participants agree to their Instagram handle being used in winner announcements. Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy, available at https://colmorebusinessdistrict.com/privacy-policy  

8. Instagram Disclaimer: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, you acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility for this competition. 

9. Organiser Rights: Colmore BID reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. 

10. Limited Responsibility: Colmore BID is responsible for ensuring the winner and the organisation offering the prize are connected in line with any date requirements attached to the prize. It is the responsibility of the company offering the prize to ensure the prize meets the commitments set out. Any questions or issues with delivery of the prize T&C’s will sit with the company offering the prize.
