In the meditation sessions we are learning to tune in to Qi energy - the vibration of Nature - helping us to regain inner balance and harmony. In these difficult times it has never been more important to look after our selves so that we can be better equipped to deal with a rapidly changing world and be able to look after those around us as well.
The sessions are for everyone from total beginner to the more advanced meditator. The sessions are run on Zoom from Jungshim's beautiful meditation room. It will start with a gentle breathing technique at the start of the session to help to relax the body which makes it easier to calm the mind.
