The session: The meditation session will start 1:15pm with a short introduction, followed by simple breathing exercise and a guided meditation to calm the mind and find inner peace and balance.   Meditation: The purpose of meditation is to allow the mind to be calm and peaceful. If the mind is peaceful, we are better able to deal with problems and manage our life more easily. Meditation is one of the best ways to reduce stress and has a positive impact on our health and daily life. While this is a free event tickets must be booked to ensure you receive the event details.
