Wellbeing Fortnight – Practical Stress Release for Health and Wellbeing Using Hypnosis and Mindfulness Techniques

Today you will learn how to relax, how to let go of physical limitations and journey to a wonderful and calm and safe place in your mind. You will take time for yourself as minutes feel like hours in this calm place. While there you will learn how to take time each day, just a few minutes, to use Self Hypnosis and have time for yourself, to take control.

Always being aware of your surroundings throughout the use of the Hypnotic and Mindful techniques you will become very aware that Hypnosis is not always as it might seem in the media.

You will also learn you are ALWAYS in control even when highly focused and relaxed.

You will end the session not only relaxed and calm but also with the tools to take some control yourself and a knowledge of how Hypnosis works.
