This workshop is ran by Urban Training who are a multi-award winning company based in Birmingham, helping organisations reduce absenteeism and improve employee engagement, recruitment, and retention. Established in 2018, they use strategies focussed on physical health, mental wellbeing, and nutrition to help employers increase the productivity of their employees. UT Health are a large team of Personal Trainers, specialist class instructors, physiotherapists, psychologists, and nutritionists all dedicated and committed to improving the way people feel and perform whilst at work.
