Birmingham, B3 2BJ United Kingdom
Join architect and photographer Philip Singleton on a lunchtime wander around St Philip’s Cathedral yard to mark Birmingham Heritage Week 2019.
Ponder the gravestones, war memorials and angels before entering the Cathedral building itself to wonder at the ornate windows of Victorian artist Edward Burne-Jones, manufactured in the studio of fellow artist and poet William Morris.
Windows, War and Wander provides an opportunity to spend an hour reflecting on the heritage around us at the heart of the city, with or without cameras and smart phones.
The event is FREE to attend but numbers are limited so places must be booked in advance at this Eventbrite link.
