Deutsche Bank is hosting an engaging panel discussion exploring the current LGBTQ+ environment and organisational responses to a shifting DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) landscape. The event will examine how UK and Ireland organisations are navigating changes in DEI initiatives—some scaling back while others enhance their efforts—and the implications for employees and organisational culture.

Attendees will hear from a panel of DEI experts and LGBTQ+ advocates, discussing the challenges and opportunities for organisations and employees in the evolving DEI landscape. The session will provide insights into how companies can effectively support LGBTQ+ employees and foster inclusive workplaces.
