Competition Terms and Conditions: Colmore Christmas Pop-Up – Business Card Bowl Prize Draw
- Eligibility: The competition is open to employees of businesses in the Colmore Business District. Entrants must drop a valid business card into the designated “Business Card Bowl” to participate.
- Prize: One winner will be selected at random to receive a £50 restaurant voucher for a venue located in Colmore Business District. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
- Entry Period: Entries can be submitted by dropping your business card into the bowl during the Colmore Christmas Pop-Up, taking place on Wednesday 11 December 2024 at 103 Colmore Row. Late entries will not be considered.
- Consent: By entering this competition, you agree to be added to our email newsletter database, Bitesize. Your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. More details, including details of how you can unsubscribe can be found at https://colmorebusinessdistrict.com/privacy-policy/.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and notified via email or phone by Wednesday 19 December 2024 using the contact details provided on the business card. Winners have until Wednesday 8 January 2025 to claim their prize. Any prize not claimed after this period will be void.
- Data Protection: All personal data will be handled in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and our privacy policy, which ensures your data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Organizer: This competition is organised by Colmore Business District Limited. The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
