The University of Birmingham is stepping firmly into the creative economy’s slipstream with CreaTech Frontiers a £7.2 million collaborative mission to supercharge the region’s brightest creative businesses.
From video games and virtual production to immersive reality this new programme is designed to help West Midlands SMEs innovate, grow, and pave the way for creative flare across the West Midlands.
Join the team for breakfast on Thursday 4 December at The Exchange, Birmingham, from 09:00 – 11:00am to get involved, explore funding options, connect with local leaders, and help shape the future of creative industries across the West Midlands.
The event will feature remarks from Prof Annie Mahtani, lightning talks from early grant recipients including John Sewell (Cosimo Art) and industry speakers including Martin Simms (Production Central WM, ARC House and Royal Television Society Midlands), with time for Q&A and networking.
