Flatpack Festival 2025
Flatpack Festival returns this May with another dazzling edition of Birmingham’s most eclectic film and arts celebration. Running from 9 to 17 May, the 2025 programme will once again transform venues across the city with a vibrant mix of screenings, performances, installations, talks and pop-up events.
Presented by the mobile arts organisation Flatpack, the festival is renowned for blending film with other artforms in inventive and unexpected ways—creating unforgettable experiences that delight and surprise. From playful animations to immersive al fresco horror and family-friendly happenings, Flatpack offers something for all ages and interests.
What began in the early 2000s as a mixed-media night at the Rainbow pub has grown into a major cultural fixture, attracting international talent and enthusiastic audiences.
