Colmore Food Festival, hosted by Colmore Business District, is back, and we’re looking for talented chefs to take the stage in our Demo Kitchen! If you’re passionate about food and want to share your culinary skills with an engaged audience, this is your chance to be part of one of Birmingham’s most anticipated food events.

Time: 11:00 – 20:00
Location: Victoria Square, Birmingham, UK
Each year, Colmore Food Festival welcomes over 30,000 visitors eager to experience the best of the city’s food and drink scene. The Demo Kitchen looks to offer a live cooking demonstrations to attendees of the festival.
What You Need to Know
Slots Available: 30 – 60 minutes per demo
What’s Provided: Basic equipment (to be confirmed)
What You Need to Bring: Your own ingredients
Promotion: Featured on our website, festival schedule, social media, and newsletter
Branding: Unfortunately we are unable to provide any branding opportunities on the demo kitchen
