Colmore Community

Colmore Community transforms 40,000 professionals into a connected, thriving network, creating experiences that bring people together, boost wellbeing, and make a positive impact beyond the District. Through diverse workshops – from mindfulness and team building to practical advice – professionals connect beyond their usual networks. Wellbeing initiatives, including mental health discussions and the annual Community Games, foster productivity and lasting relationships. We also channel collective success into citywide impact, partnering with schools and community groups in Ladywood. The result is a District where people don’t just work – they belong, and professional success supports personal wellbeing and a thriving city.
