Promotions at Cushman & Wakefield and more property appointments

Property consultancy Cushman & Wakefield has made a series of promotions in its Birmingham office.
Arthur Morgan (residential), Angela Singh (global occupier services) and Donna Ward (information technology) have all been promoted to associate director level.
Brady Harrison and Harry Young (valuation and advisory) are now senior surveyors while Gemma Ford (global occupier services) is now surveyor level.
They are part of 71 promotions across the agency’s EMEA business.

Andy Stewart has been appointed centre manager at Blythe Valley Innovation Centre in Solihull.
The appointment follows a similar role at Basepoint in Evesham and UBCUK in Henley-in-Arden.
Mr Stewart previously owned Business Telecom Solutions and Cygnet Telecom in Tanworth-in-Arden which he sold in 2013 after initially joining as an employee.
He said: “Having a small business background, I thought I would move into an environment where I could help small businesses because I think my skills are transferable.
“I have established a career in property management over the last few years and also have the benefit of having run a small business so I know exactly what their needs are and what support they require.
“I’m looking forward to meeting all the tenants at Blythe Valley and raising the Innovation Centre’s profile in the area.”
Owen Judd’s new role was created after the number of developments the Birmingham-based company manages across the country reached more than 150 since its launch in spring 2018.
Mr Judd will study for a business administration qualification as part of his apprenticeship.
The role includes a range of activities to help look after the properties Principle manages, particularly focusing on front-end customer services, taking calls and responding to emails from residents and dealing with their enquiries to organise repairs and maintenance.
