Award-Winning PR Agency Is Helping To Grow Young Midlands PR Talent With FREE Conference Tickets

Birmingham-based PR agency, spottydog communications, is extending its commitment to supporting the next generation of talent by funding two aspiring university practitioners with tickets to the upcoming annual PR conference.
Organised by CIPR Midlands and PRCA Midlands, the conference will be packed with an array of workshops, talks and short presentations by talented speakers including TikTok sensation and PR guru Rob Mayhew, to empower businesses, teams and individuals to grow in 2023.
The all-day event ‘Growing PR in The Midlands’ will be held at Birmingham City University on Thursday 6th July.
Students interested in receiving free tickets from spottydog must submit a minute-long video to talent@spottydogcommunications.com by the 22nd of June, summarising why they would like to attend the conference.
All videos will be reviewed fairly, and the two successful applicants will be chosen and contacted by 29th June.

In addition to funding places at the conference, the communications agency has several initiatives in place to help young talent get a ‘paw’ in the door. From giving graduates the opportunity to gain real-life experience in a PR agency through Insight Week to hosting regular Open House events throughout the year to give students a peek behind the curtains of a fast-paced agency, spottydog is committed to growing talent in the Midlands.
Four of the agency’s current employees joined the pack fresh out of university through its graduate and internship programmes.
