Land Promoter Richborough Makes Senior Promotions

Birmingham land promoter Richborough has promoted Charlotte Lewis and Dean Knight to the positions of Group Design Director and Group Technical Director respectively.
The promotions reflect the important contribution Charlotte and Dean make to the business now and going forward.
Charlotte and Dean head up Richborough’s design and technical departments and the firm is one of just a few land promoters to have this high level of expertise in-house.
They help to consistently create high quality, deliverable masterplans that overcome technical issues, meet local authority and community requirements and secure planning permission, while bringing landowners maximum returns.
Paul Campbell, chief executive at Richborough, said: “Huge congratulations to Charlotte and Dean on their promotions. They have played a huge part in the success Richborough has enjoyed so far and will play a key role in our journey to be the pre-eminent land promoter of choice in both the residential and commercial strategic land sectors.
