Leading Property Consultancy Creating 25 New Jobs In Birmingham City Centre

A leading property consultancy is creating 25 new jobs in Birmingham city centre as its new office is due to open next month.
Fisher German, who will open a new 7,300 sq ft office at Fifteen Colmore Row on Monday, November 13, is looking to hire 25 new colleagues in the next two years to help grow the firm’s influence in the city’s commercial market.
Four senior vacancies are immediately available in sectors identified by the firm to help expand its footprint in the Birmingham market.
The firm is seeking an office lead for the provision of Capital Markets & Investment advice across the Midlands, a local head for the Lease Advisory offering, an experienced Commercial Valuer and a high-level Industrial & Logistics Agent to complement the 70 staff moving from its existing Birmingham office to the new city centre office.

The rental growth in the industrial and logistics market has been well documented whilst the shifting operational needs of office occupiers are inducing changes in those markets, necessitating the need for expert advice.
