The Birmingham Balti Bowl Company
The Birmingham Balti Bowl company, which was a Gift Of The Year Finalist 2021 was set up to protect and promote the heritage of Birmingham’s special curry. The bowls are made in the same way as the original 70’s balti bowls, which were also made in Birmingham. Our bowls are based on one of the original bowls on display in Birmingham Museum and are loved by professional balti chefs and curry home cooks alike.
