What’s Included
Primitivo
Kick off the evening with Mediterranean flair:
- King Prawns cooked in chilli oil with garlic
- Vegan option: Tempura zucchini
- Drink pairing: White wine
Cylla
A creative and comforting duo of dishes showcasing refined Greek flavours:
- Pastichio – Fresh pasta with béchamel foam and beef
- Vegan option: Mushroom orzo pasta with truffle, parsley, thyme & lemon
- Drink pairing: Mythos Lager or a glass of Greek red or white wine
Final Stop: The Alchemist
We’ll end the tour with an inventive Alchemist trio of desserts:
- Mini chocolate brownie – Warm chocolate brownie served with toasted marshmallow’s and salted caramel sauce
- Mini Gelato cone with salted caramel ice cream – Mini ice cream cone served with salted caramel ice cream
- Churro – Churro dipped in chocolate with a warm caramel centre
