Have you been suffering from stress and anxiety? It has been an especially stressful 12 months and many have found it very difficult. Wellbeing in Your Office’s Co founder – Zach Fairbanks(Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher) will lead this session. This session is a great way to understand the background of mindfulness meditation and what it can achieve to provide calm and resilience. The practical talk will teach you why mindfulness meditation works and how it benefits everyone that practices it. The session includes a discussion on anxiety & overwhelm and its causes and how to become more resilient plus an understanding into autopilot and its ‘side affects’.
