Please note:
Epilepsy – some rare forms of epilepsy may be triggered by sound. If you have been diagnosed with epilepsy please check with your doctor whether a sound bath is safe for you.
Pregnancy – sound baths post first trimester is safe during pregnancy but please do your own research to make sure you are happy and let us know if you are pregnant.
Implants or plates in the body (metal plates, pins, ball joints in particular) – please check with a medical professional whether a sound bath is safe for you
