Guest speaker, Alice Kinder supports business and individuals to navigate workplace challenges from recruitment through to termination on Bexley Beaumont’s Employment Team as their newly promoted Legal Director. She also runs training courses to promote good employment practice, diversity and inclusion.
Along with her other impressive achievements, Alice is the current past-President of the Birmingham Law Society… the youngest person to hold this role in the Society’s 205-year history. In addition, she is extremely passionate about social mobility and equal opportunities and is a Social Mobility Ambassador for the Law Society of England and Wales.
During her career, she has been named Greater Birmingham Legal Young Professional of the Year at the Future Faces Chamber of Commerce Awards 2023 and has won the Rising Star Award at the UK Social Mobility Awards 2023.
With her talent and sense of purpose, Alice will be exclusively sharing her career journey (the successes and the challenges) and advise you on how to make an impact!
