Start your Friday off with a dose a zen and join us for a free online yoga session from the comfort of your very own home, delivered in partnership with MK Health Hub.
Expect low-impact exercises that will help to reduce stress, and which will leave you feeling relaxed, calm and rejuvenated for the day ahead. Yoga is also an excellent way to tackle the impact of being sat at the desk for long periods of time.

Over the last two years we have been privileged to welcome new talent into Birmingham city centre, many of which will have joined their new roles during the Covid-19 pandemic and as a result were likely working from home.
After speaking with a number of partners and businesses we realised something needed to be done to support and welcome new professionals in the city. This could be to learn new skills, understand the benefits of networking or to meet up with like-minded individuals to create a social network.
This is why we have launched Welcome to Birmingham, 15 events across a week to welcome you to the city, offering you an opportunity to learn new skills, see new places and meet new people.
