Workforce management in an era of cost cutting: Inaugural People Leaders Forum event
Professional services group, Gateley, and Birmingham-based recruitment specialists Pyvital are inviting senior people leaders in the West Midlands to the inaugural People Leaders Forum event on 13 May, at Gateley’s office on Edmund Street in the centre of Colmore Business District.
Led by Merran Sewell, employment partner at Gateley Legal alongside Leanne Perry, Director at Pyvital, the event will explore workforce management in an era of increasing cost pressures, with a focus on how to motivate talent beyond financial incentives.
Merran and Leanne will be joined by special guest speakers Emma Brundrett, People Director at Nadine Merabi (formerly of Gymshark) and Carra Bosworth, Client Director at leadership development and culture change specialists, t-three.
This is the first of three events the People Leaders Forum will be hosting in 2025, with details of future events coming soon.
