- 10:00am: Arrival, Registration & Breakfast (Coffee & bacon rolls served in the Clubhouse)
- 11:00am: Golf at Beau Desert to include the following competitions:
- Nearest the pin – 10th hole
- Longest drive – 14th hole
- 3:30pm: Post Golf Meal
- 3 course meal served in the Clubhouse
