Yoga at home with Katy Insley
Join Katy Insley every Wednesday at 12.30pm* for 30 minutes of basic hatha yoga, via Zoom, to help you stretch, strengthen and refocus.
These classes are focused on building flexibility, mobility and strength, and are specifically tailored for those who spend a large part of their day sitting down. Throughout each class Katy teaches and encourages deep controlled breathing which can help to relieve stress and anxiety, and also boost your energy levels.
Classes are suitable for beginners and accessible for most abilities, however if you have an injury, disability or medical condition that can be affected by exercise you should consult a medical professional before taking part.

Yoga mat if you have one, otherwise a carpeted surface works just fine!
