Richborough Welcomes Two New Technical Team Members

National land promoter Richborough has made two appointments to its technical team as part of its drive to deliver better value for landowners and development partners.
The firm’s technical team advises on every site in the portfolio to understand and maximise technical and environmental constraints and opportunities, to help optimise value and prevent development delivery delays.
Charlotte Gilham has been appointed Technical Coordinator and supportsRichborough’s Western Division on the lifecycle of its projects, from planning stage through to disposal.
Charlotte has a HND in Construction Management and the Built Environment and has joined from Piper Homes, having previously worked at Spitfire Homes, Bellway Homes and Persimmon Homes.
Leo Gee has joined as Technical Administrator and helps collate site constraints and information to help prepare planning applications. He also supports the production of the extensive sales and technical packs Richborough provides to its purchasing development partners.
Leo has an undergraduate degree in accounting and business management, and an MBA in sports governance and leadership.
