Richborough Appoints Faith Byrne As Management Accountant

15 February 2024

National land promoter Richborough has welcomed Faith Byrne as a management accountant at its Birmingham headquarters.

Working with financial controller Tom Ball, Faith maintains Richborough’s day to day finances and introduces new processes to promote efficiency and support company growth.

In more good news, Faith has recently become a chartered accountant after passing her final Association of Chartered Certified Accountants exam.

Previously, Faith was the accounts executive at Wealth Club, an investment firm

specialising in tax-efficient investments for high net worth individuals. She started at the firm as an apprentice after finishing sixth form, and worked her way up the ranks.

Tom Ball said: “This newly-created management accountant role brings depth to the finance function, allowing the team to support Richborough in a much more effective way and help facilitate its recent and planned growth.

“Although young in her career, Faith brings a wealth of experience across a broad range of finance functions. Her experience in systems implementation is already proving invaluable having led the role-out of our new expenses management system. We have also started planning for the implementation of a new finance system – Faith’s expertise will be crucial to the success of this project.”

Faith added: “The main thing that attracted me to Richborough is the culture of the business. It is clear that the team have a positive attitude to change and are keen to drive growth in order to meet the strategic targets of the business. I’m excited to see how the business progresses over the coming years.”

Richborough has made several appointments over the past few months to support its major growth and diversification following investment from Terra Firma’s Principal Capital Group, supported by Partners Group and the Hands Family Office.
