The Birmingham we want: your chance to engage and tell us your views

Shaping Birmingham’s Future Together was announced by the Leader of the Council in March 2024.
The Shaping Birmingham’s future Together Strategic Partnership has been established and is supported by a network of local contacts of individual citizens, community contacts, voluntary and community sector organisations and city partners.
Its first task is to inform the future vision, mission and priorities of Birmingham City Council. This will help them design the City Council’s Corporate Plan. This is your opportunity to have your say on what you believe the priorities for the City Council should be from October 2024 onwards.
The contents of the Corporate Plan
Birmingham City Council have already identified seven priority themes to include.
The seven priority themes are: Housing, Health, Economy, Education, Employment, Transport and Environment.
The questions we would like you to consider under each theme are the same, these are included in the survey link.
- What key issues does the city need to address to benefit citizens?
- What are the most important strengths the city needs to build on to benefit citizens?
- What should the City Council and those organisations that work in the city prioritise?
