ORELLE HOST AN EXCLUSIVE EVENT WITH NYETIMBER

The event will take place in the restaurant’s Private Dining Room on 10th October

Winner of this year’s British Restaurant Awards for ‘Best Restaurant In Birmingham’, Orelle in Colmore Business District, will be hosting an exclusive one-night only event with Nyetimber, in their Private Dining Room on Thursday 10 October. 

The intimate evening, high above Birmingham’s skyline, will offer a three-course meal, specially curated alongside expertly paired English Sparkling Wines. Diners will also be guided through their flavour-filled three-course menu by Orelle’s Head Chef and a Nyetimber Brand Ambassador. 

Nyetimber is the leading producer of English sparkling wine and the first producer of English Sparkling Wine to exclusively grow the three celebrated grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Using only estate-grown grapes from their own vineyards, which are located across the south of England, winemakers ensure that only the finest fruit is used to craft their globally acclaimed wines. 

The £70 pp menu will showcase dishes such as:

Chapter 1

Classic Cuvee MV 

Cured Salmon: Nori, radish, green grape and almond gazpacho or 

Heritage Beetroot: Parmesan, smoked almonds, preserved lemon 

Chapter 2

1086 by Nyetimber Rosé 2013 

Coq au Vin: Chicken, shallots, peas, olive oil mash, red wine jus or 

Risotto: Aged arborio rice, roasted cep, maitake, shaved mushroom 

Chapter 3 

Cuvee Chérie MV 

White chocolate mousse: Raspberry & hibiscus compote, meringue, raspberry sorbet or 

Tofu chocolate mousse: Coconut crumb, raspberry sorbet
