Fisher German appointed agents on Birmingham’s newest luxury apartment scheme

A property consultancy in Colmore Business District has been appointed as an agent on Birmingham’s newest luxury apartment scheme – and is hosting a launch event offering an exclusive first glimpse.
Fisher German, which has an office on Colmore Row, has been instructed to market the brand-new apartments at Boulevard, Southside, on Bristol Street.
The prestigious new residential development contains 145 high-specification one and two-bedroom apartments and offers a luxury range of in-house facilities including a gymnasium, cinema room, communal kitchen and two lounge areas, private working pods, courtyard gardens and roof terrace.

Fisher German is holding an exclusive launch event for professionals on Tuesday, April 29 from 4pm to 7pm.
Those in attendance will be given a first look at the brand-new show apartment, network with fellow professionals and will be able to enjoy complimentary drinks and canapes.
The team will also be on-hand to answer any questions about this prestigious development and there will be exclusive launch offers for those in attendance.
