Steak Education at Cow & Sow
On Thursday 16 October, Cow & Sow Birmingham invites guests to an exclusive Steak Education evening. Guided by the restaurant’s chefs, diners will explore four of Cow & Sow’s signature sharing cuts – Picanha, Tomahawk, Porterhouse and Chateaubriand. Each cut will be introduced with insights into its preparation, cooking and serving, before being enjoyed straight from the grill with house sauces and sides. To complement the experience, every guest will receive a glass of Cow & Sow Malbec.
Two sittings are available at 18:00 and 19:00. Tickets are priced at £55 per person, with a 50% deposit required at the time of booking. Reservations must be made for a minimum of four guests.
