Pigeon in the Park
Named after the square’s most famous residents, our authentic pop-up pub returns for a second year following a hugely popular debut in 2021.

Pure Craft
Local brewer Purity has their flagship bar and kitchen round the corner – but they’ve kindly brought their fantastic beers to the Cathedral Christmas market.
VAGABOND
Multi award-winning wine bar brand Vagabond launched its first bar outside of London last year here in Birmingham – and now they’re bringing their passion for great wine to the Cathedral market for 2022.
The Pineapple Club
Meet The Pineapple Club: a cocktail bar and casual dinning spot with a great Sunday brunch in Birmingham city centre. Housed within Great Western Arcade, you can try some of their incredible warm alcoholic drinks while enjoying the market.
Chatty Patty Street Food
Renowned for serving up some of the finest fried chicken with their signature wings, burgers and ‘chatterboxes’, these Birmingham-based street food experts are well worth a visit.
Top Falafel
Arabic street favourites made using the freshest ingredients, including falafel, hummus and salad. Based on New Street, just a few minutes’ walk from the market.
The HY Van
Hot drinks including luxury hot chocolates in a variety of delicious flavours will be served from this quirky vintage Citroen HY van. Barista-style coffees & teas as well as mouth-watering mince pies will also be on offer.
Mumbai Grill
Bringing a taste of India to the Christmas in the Cathedral market, Mumbai Grill street food serves a delectable range of chicken tikka wraps, samosas, masala chips, baltis and mixed grills!
Cathedral Carvery
A fabulous offering of freshly roasted hot pork or turkey served in rolls or Yorkshire pudding wraps – with all the traditional festive trimmings.
Helter Skelter Bar
