Net Zero Grants

The West Midlands Combined Authority and Birmingham City Council have a number of grants available to help businesses in their journey to Net Zero.  On this page, we set out what help is available, what it can be used for, and how to apply. 

Net Zero Business Tracker

The is a powerful new assessment tool from Winning Moves and Accelar. It will support SMEs to understand where they are in their net zero journey and intelligently signpost them to relevant, high-quality resources that will help their business. All participating businesses will receive a personalised assessment report.

The Stobart Sustainability Fund

The Stobart Sustainability fund is aimed at supporting community-led sustainability projects and initiatives led by not-for-profit organisations, community groups and educational facilities, such as schools and colleges, to help transform their local community through projects that tackle climate change, reduce carbon emissions or that protect and enhance the environment.

The Natwest Accelerator

The NatWest Accelerator supports and empowers UK entrepreneurs and business owners to scale their businesses to the next level. This six month fully funded Accelerator wraps around support and expertise, removing barriers to help businesses grow. Key focuses of the accelerator include accessing support on funding and finance, effective selling, building leadership confidence, and immersing you in a vibrant entrepreneurial community.
