Join us for an open and honest evening exploring men’s mental health through real stories and shared experiences.
The event begins at 17:30 where we will be meeting at The Royal for networking.
From 18:00, you can hear from Brummie PJ Ellis in conversation — discussing personal journeys, challenges, and the importance of speaking up. The talk will be followed by relaxed networking, giving attendees the chance to connect and continue the conversation.
🥗 Light nibbles and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
