From Stirchley with Love: Couch Takeover at Dishoom Birmingham
Thrilling news: our Birmingham daru-wallas will be taking part in a very special cocktail collab on Tuesday 20 May. For one night only, we are welcoming neighbourhood gem Couch – excitingly recognised as the UK’s fourth best bar – to muddle, mix and pour. Hosting the occasion will be Couch co-founders and life-partners, Katie Rouse and Jacob Clarke.
Join us at the bar from 18:30, for delectably fleeting, palate-pleasing sips of special Dishoom-inspired Couch cocktails. Or make a full evening of it with a Dishoom dinner, complemented by the bespoke tipples menu, which will be revealed on the night.
Kindly note: last orders for this special drinks menu will end at 22:00. (Katie and Jacob will be heading to the Class Bar Awards the following day, and must be well-rested.)
