Shuffleboard Charity Cup at Newhall Street Tavern
Get ready for an evening of friendly competition, good food, and great company — all for a meaningful local cause. The Newhall Street Tavern Shuffleboard Charity Cup is your chance to enter a team of four and take part in a shuffleboard tournament to raise funds for St Paul’s Church Raise the Roof campaign.

£100 per team of 4 (includes tournament entry and two pizzas)
18+ only
It’s simple: slide the discs, score points, and beat the opposition. No experience needed, just a willingness to get stuck in and enjoy the game. Group winners go through to the semi-finals, and then it’s on to the grand final.
The winning team will receive:
- £100 prize money
- A bottle of fizz
- A complimentary meal at the Tavern
- And the honour of being the first team to have their name engraved on the official Shuffleboard Cup trophy
All proceeds support the restoration of St Paul’s Church — a historic landmark and the centrepiece of Birmingham’s last remaining Georgian square in the Jewellery Quarter.
