Pigeon in the Park
Named after the square’s most famous residents, our authentic pop-up pub returns for a third year to serve up a range of alcoholic drinks.
Gaucho
Sophisticated Argentinian restaurant offering impeccable steaks, the finest wines and a range of signature cocktails in a sleek, relaxed setting.
VAGABOND
Multi-award-winning wine bar brand Vagabond launched its first bar outside of London in Birmingham – and now they’re bringing their passion for great wine to the Cathedral market for 2023.
Chatty Patty
Renowned for serving up some of the finest fried chicken with their signature wings, burgers and ‘chatterboxes’, these Birmingham-based street food experts are well worth a visit.
The HY Van
Hot drinks including luxury hot chocolates in a variety of delicious flavours will be served from this quirky vintage Citroen HY van. Barista-style coffees & teas as well as mouth-watering mince pies will also be on offer.
Mumbai Grill
Bringing a taste of India to the Christmas in the Cathedral market, Mumbai Grill street food serves a delectable range of chicken tikka wraps, samosas, masala chips, baltis and mixed grills!
Bar Spot
Selling a range of festive drinks. Including Hot Pineapple Punch, Christmas Baileys, Hot Tiramisu Cocktails and a range of other mouth watering cocktails & drinks.
Cathedral Carvery
A fabulous offering of freshly roasted hot pork or turkey served in rolls or Yorkshire pudding wraps – with all the traditional festive trimmings.
Helter Skelter Bar
Catch your breath with a drink from the bar beneath the helter-skelter! A range of winter warmers, including mulled wine and toffee apple cider, are available.
Donut Shack
Freshly baked doughnuts, available in a range of deliciously sweet flavours and toppings.
Street Food
Simple but delicious comfort food to satisfy your cravings, including burgers, hot dogs and fries.
Marshmallow Stand
Soft, sugary marshmallows, available in a variety of flavours.
Bab’s Tap
Pop-up bar serving a range of hot, alcoholic drinks, including spiced mulled wines and mulled cider.
Fullwood Pizza
Delicious Italian pizza, made with fresh ingredients.
