Common Purpose is an organisation that develops incredibly gifted, driven, passionate and purposeful leaders on three critical levels: personal, organisational and planetary and I am delighted to be a part of the development of diverse leaders in the West Midlands to enhance and enrich our region, and indeed the world.”
Louise Teboul, UK Partnerships Director for Common Purpose UK, said: “I’m so pleased to welcome Deirdre as our new Advisory Group chair, having worked with her – as a participant and contributor – on our programmes for the last few years. Deirdre is full of energy and enthusiasm, for both people and leadership, and she’s also a strategic thinker. Deirdre’s already proved that she can challenge the status quo, and make a difference and we have a shared passion for social purpose and diversity, so I’m excited to have her supporting our work.”
