Fisher German promotes four at Birmingham office after strong period of success

A leading property consultancy has announced a string of promotions – including two new partners – at its Colmore Business District office following a successful period for the company.
Fisher German has promoted Ashley Clews and Kevin Jinks to Partner, Kevin Koo to Systems Accountant and Ellie Fletcher to Senior Surveyor at its office on Colmore Row.
Ashley, Kevin Jinks and Kevin Koo are based in the firm’s Property Management and Consultancy division, while Ellie works in the firm’s Commercial Agency division.
Ashley, a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, joined Fisher German in October 2022 responsible for the delivery and account management of a key client, Mileway Real Estate UK Limited.
Before joining Fisher German, Ashley worked in the Civil Service, where he successfully delivered on key high-profile projects. His career also includes experience within audit and assurance, specialising in external audit engagements for social housing providers and corporate clients.
He said “Achieving this milestone has always been a personal goal, and I’m thrilled to be recognised in this way. My time at Fisher German has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to be my true self and shape the role as I envisioned it.
“Since moving to our Colmore Row office in November 2023, we’ve established a strong presence in the heart of Birmingham, unlocking significant opportunities and enabling us to deliver even better results for our clients.

Kevin Jinks has extensive experience in property management and has held key positions in various commercial managing agents. He has a strong background in commercial accounting services and service charge management.

The firm has made a total of 64 promotions across the business, reflecting a renewed commitment to providing clients with a comprehensive service that leverages the full spectrum of the company’s expertise.
