18 October 2019
Birmingham, 17 October 2019 – Stuart Eustace has joined the residential and development team at the Birmingham office of global real estate firm CBRE.
Previously a partner in Knight Frank’s regional residential capital markets team, Stuart joins CBRE as a director and, working alongside Tony Haran, will advise investors and developers on the booming private rental/build to rent sector in the Midlands.
Martin Guest, managing director of CBRE in Birmingham, said: “Birmingham has a growing professional services sector, with a young population looking for high quality homes to rent. As a result there is increasing institutional investor interest in the city and the wider region.
“Stuart is joining a very successful team, responsible for some of the most significant site acquisition and asset trading transactions in the sector.”
Stuart said: “I’m looking forward to working with Tony Haran, David Currie and Will Blacker at CBRE. Between us we will be the most experienced team in the residential sector, at a time when the new homes agenda is a priority both regionally and nationally.”
Peter Burns, managing director of UK development and residential capital markets at CBRE, said: “We’re welcoming Stuart to CBRE at a time when there is increasing demand for transactional and advisory expertise in multifamily housing across the United Kingdom. Within our connected global capital markets business, the team goes from strength to strength through strategic hires such as this. We continue to be best placed to provide best-in-class services for our clients, with both local knowledge and global trends.”
