Working Groups
Reporting to the Board are eight Working Groups. Each of these groups focus on a key area of work for Colmore BID. These areas are:
- Business Matters
- Outstanding Places
- Accessible and Sustainable
- Place Marketing
- Leisure and Hospitality
- Safe and Sound
- Community Building
- New Professionals
Each group is Chaired by a Board Director. The groups are made up of volunteers from local businesses, partners from public sector organisations (as appropriate) and members of the Colmore BID team.
Working Groups are responsible for monitoring the progress of our projects and making decisions about what projects the BID will deliver, in line with the strategy set out by our Board. We are always keen to talk to people who want to get involved in delivering the goals set out in our Business Plan.
