Albert’s Schloss 17:45 – 18:30 Start your evening at the lively Albert’s Schloss and choose between two seasonal spritzes:
- Raspberry & Elderflower Spritz – raspberry and elderflower gin, lemon, Chambord, St-Germain, and Prosecco
- Appear ‘Ol Spritz (0.5%) – Sipsmith FreeGlider, Crodino, passionfruit, and lemon
The Alchemist 18:35 – 19:15 Next up, experience a touch of theatre at The Alchemist on Colmore Row. Choose from:
- Cherry Bomb – Dutch Barn Black Cherry Vodka, Kaveri Ginger Aperitif, cherry, apple, lime and a dramatic bubble finish
- Or the mocktail Rhubarb Pop – rhubarb, vanilla, lemon, apple, cranberry, white chocolate and bubble
Dirty Martini 19:30 – 20:15 End the evening in the glamorous surroundings of Dirty Martini on Waterloo Street with your choice of cocktail from their signature Martini range or a refreshing mocktail. You’ll also enjoy a selection of their popular small dishes to kick things off.
