Primitive and primordial in its influence, yet modern in its execution, Alice draws inspiration from her daily life and expresses her passion for animals and nature in her elegantly crafted jugs, vases, plates and tiles.
Working mainly in stoneware and hand-build colourful animal shaped jugs and vessels decorated with slips and sgraffito designs inspired by the countryside, her work is playful but functional.
