Celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau with a Special Tasting Dinner
Colmore Business District establishments, Loki and Hotel du Vin, are excited to invite you to a Beaujolais Nouveau Tasting Dinner on Thursday, 21st November 2024, at Hotel Du Vin Birmingham. This year’s event is extra special, celebrating the 60th anniversary of Georges Duboeuf’s Beaujolais Nouveau and showcasing wines exclusively from the iconic Georges Duboeuf portfolio.
Hosted by Christophe Gallot, a longtime representative of the legendary Beaujolais producer, this relaxed evening promises abundant wine and delicious fare. Gallot will guide guests through a curated tasting of Beaujolais Nouveau alongside an exploration of wines from various “cru” villages, offering a unique insight into the diversity and quality of Beaujolais wines.
Following the tasting, guests will enjoy a five-course dinner paired with wines specially selected from the Georges Duboeuf collection to complement each dish. This event is a perfect way to embrace the spirit of Beaujolais Nouveau season in a lively, shared-table setting.
