Security Officer
Colmore BID is looking to expand its team of Security Officers.
Over the last few years, there has been an increasing demand from local business for the BID to offer additional support to tackle and reduce the impact of anti-social behaviour in the area. Our Security Service was established in 2016 and its expansion was a key pledge in our recent ballot.
As an SIA licensed individual, the ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with vulnerable adults. You will be outgoing, confident and able to de-escalate conflict successfully and professionally. You’ll be an excellent communicator with a history of great customer service and of working in partnership with both public and private organisations. You will also be resilient; happy to work outside in all weathers and mindful that not everyone you deal with will be happy to see you!
